DON'T buy from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... they sold me an extended warranty that the car manufacturer wont accept. when i called they they told me to call the warranty company; why would you call them before extended warranty that the car manufacturer wont accept. when i called they they told me to call the warranty company; why would you call them before the car was looked at?... i got disconnected and i called them back and they have yet to return my calls. I filled out a web form and when they though it was for a sale they called me; when i said you already took my money they said they will forward my issues to sales... they haven't called back since... they took me for 4K... don't trust them. I had Joseph Overby as my service adviser and he did a great job. My Landcrusier was in on a recall which could have taken all day and I had my car back in about 3 1/2 hours. He was great. They gave me a rental car for use while the vehicle was in shop with no hassles. The rental agent and really anyone in the service area was very pleasant and helpful. Saw a vehicle on their website, it had a line drawn through the MSRP. I clicked on the "get your best price" link for the car, it made me give name/email/phone number. After filling that out, it gave m through the MSRP. I clicked on the "get your best price" link for the car, it made me give name/email/phone number. After filling that out, it gave me a price of $2500 below the MSRP with the line through it on the vehicle's webpage. Stanley reached out to me 2 times with a price being the same as the MSRP with the line through it. If you like click bait, sharing your info, then dealing with clowns, this is definitely the place for you!! Honk honk! Can not wait for the General Manager Robert Gates response to this, blaming anything but his dealership. More
Visited dealership wanting to get info on the new vehicles and met a stone wall. Ken said he couldn't show me the new color of the Tundra, computer was down and no brochure. Then saw a Supra in the vehicles and met a stone wall. Ken said he couldn't show me the new color of the Tundra, computer was down and no brochure. Then saw a Supra in the showroom and wanted to see and get the feel of the car. Dennis told me the door couldn't be opened because it would drain the battery and then went back to Ken and the manager who claimed the key was taken and they had no way to get in. I finally asked the receptionist if she could show me the new green color of Tundra for 2021 and she pulled it up in seconds on her computer. Will never buy a vehicle from this dealership. What is the use of spending thousands of dollars in advertising when you go and get no help from the sales and management. More
