Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

These include not only Toyota certified used vehicles, but also pre-owned vehicles of many other domestic and foreign brands. Not happy after my last service. First, I was sold a package for electronic parts on my vehicle when I bought it and was told it would cover anything electric on the vehicle. The fir First, I was sold a package for electronic parts on my vehicle when I bought it and was told it would cover anything electric on the vehicle. The first electric part that goes out and it is not covered. The door lock actuator went out and I was told it should be covered by my warranty but of course it was not. Then I had a tire issue which I told them prior and they said nothing was wrong. Well it kept happening, so I had them look at it again. They end up replacing my whole tire for free because they messed something up on it, which was great, but never told me what happened and did not make me aware of this until I picked it up. I would have paid for a second tire as the other one has 50,000 miles on it, so I would like them to wear the same. Not sure why they would not take the time to make me aware of this incident. Anyway, very frustrated with them and will likely not buy another vehicle here. More
