Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

These include not only Toyota certified used vehicles, but also pre-owned vehicles of many other domestic and foreign brands. We are very impressed with Trey. My complaint is that I took my car in for a service and water leak. They determined that it needed a radiator. Agreed to have it done and was disappo My complaint is that I took my car in for a service and water leak. They determined that it needed a radiator. Agreed to have it done and was disappointed when I opened the hood. Antifreeze had blown on top of the motor and the technician did not even wipe it down. I have not looked at the install yet but I will. I come from an auto parts and service world and could have taken it somewhere else but chose not to. Very disappointed in that part. Service writer great job. More

My car had a appointment stayed overnight at the dealership.,went back the next day my car was still seating over a half day the next day and was over charge on the price and mat rowe is not a good dealership.,went back the next day my car was still seating over a half day the next day and was over charge on the price and mat rowe is not a good service person my money spend like everyone else because I'm a woman don't try to take the advantage of me and over price any women's that come there it start out it will be $250.00and it been $389.00im not help at all ...take to the service manger when i got home it was not even 5mintues i get home talking about your car ready they be with that B/S More
