Bought a used suv from them and Charles the salesman I was dealing with was great. The one thing I liked was the fact that nobody was pushy like the usual car salesman. Transparency and honesty are all I could ask for and I found Paoli Ford to be both. I worked in a car dealership for a number of years and know what’s going on in there. The staff made my buying experience quick, and simple. This was by far my best vehicle purchase experience ever! From start to finish, extremely accommodating. This was by far my best vehicle purchase experience ever! From start to finish, extremely accommodating. More
I’m updating my review to a 1-star because my experience has been frustrating. I felt disrespected during the sales process, especially when trading in my van, which was in better condition than the one I r has been frustrating. I felt disrespected during the sales process, especially when trading in my van, which was in better condition than the one I received. Once I drove off the lot, issues began immediately. The fan control knob was broke and while trying to get it to work it came off. I went back to the dealer and told Christ about it. He said they would need to tear the whole dash apart to fix it, so we made a deal that to make it worth my 3 hour drive they would also install my backup camera/radio system for free. (I paid for the system) On the way home, a tire sensor light turned on, revealing the front tires were nearly bald—unsafe for driving. After some back and forth, they agreed to replace the tires if I paid for one. Additional problems arose with the ignition and airbags, leading me to deliver the van for repairs while driving a rental that wasn’t suitable for my family. They went back on the deal and wanted to charge me for installing the camera and said they only agreed to install the radio. They wanted to charge me for 6 hours of labor which took me less than 1 hour to install on my own. It was way easier than they made it sound. Chris, the sales manager, kept asking for a duplicate title and stating my tags would be released after they got it, creating confusion with my bank. They attempted to make it seem like it was my responsibility to get a duplicate title, which doesn't sound legal to me. After several weeks of excuses regarding titles and tags, I finally confronted them on it and their story changed. Now it was New York's fault and they were waiting on a title. As I prepared for a family vacation, I discovered I needed a Maryland safety inspection, which wasn’t communicated earlier when they were taking my money and my amazing Toyota Sienna. I had to pay extra for this, and the van failed inspection due to brake issues—after being told it had passed. I’m now seeking a refund for unexpected repair costs and feeling misled throughout the entire process. They refuse to pay for the Maryland inspection even though I already paid them for tags and title, no hassle out the door. Which at this point should also be refunded. I may update my rating again since they seem to respond only to ratings and not actual humility and honesty. More
Through my search for a Mercedes Benz CLA 250, I stumbled upon a 2018 of the same make and model for sale at Paoli Ford for the price of $ 22,295.00. I took a test drive along with salesman, Charles Naivar, upon a 2018 of the same make and model for sale at Paoli Ford for the price of $ 22,295.00. I took a test drive along with salesman, Charles Naivar, who I might add, was very congenial and sincere. I went forward with submitting my credit application only to find the finance manager, Joshua Camacho, "claimed" his only response was not indicative of other offers I have received. He continued to argue this while trying to act like he was working in my favor when he was clearly a "coaster". Truly devastated by his lack of effort, I reached out to the General Sales Manager, Steven Sharkey on at least “three” different occasions (email and phone) and he NEVER returned my calls or email. As a result, I cannot recommend this dealership and I can only recommend Charles Naivar as a top-notch salesman who probably needs to work for a superior dealership. Shame on Paoli Ford’s finance worker who simply is incompetent! Update: I traveled to NJ and bought a 2019 Mercedes Benz CLA 250 with slightly higher miles and it was a wonderful experience! Plus, I was able to get a good rate and this car was listed more appropriately along with a finance team and General Manager who congratulated me and was present to answer any questions or concerns! This is a model Paoli needs to follow since they are lacking! More
Terrible experience. They sold the car while i was at the DMV getting the title on my trade sorted out for $1000 more than my offer. Do not trust this dealer!
