The trips to other dealerships reinforced just how easy it was to work with the folks at Paoli Ford. Paoli had exactly the F150 I was looking for and gave me a great price! While at the dealership, I worked with Wendy Phiel who was phenomenal! I could not recommend her enough as a salesperson. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and also has a great sense of humor. Buying a new vehicle can be a stressful experience, but she made it super easy. While I test drove my new truck, other members of the Paoli team put together the numbers of my deal including valuing my trade. By the time I got back from my test drive, the offer was ready. This meant that there was no waiting around, which I truly appreciated. If you're in the market for a new Ford, you should absolutely go see Wendy and the team at Paoli Ford.
