Straight forward, easy, transparent I came in to check out a Silverado I had been eyeing online. Joel Flores helped show me the truck and was very helpful and friendly, his sales manager I came in to check out a Silverado I had been eyeing online. Joel Flores helped show me the truck and was very helpful and friendly, his sales manager Don Figgs was also very friendly. They offered great rebates and when I showed them a special that Quality Chevrolet was having that weekend on a few silverados they took a look at it and immediately came very close to matching the discounts. I was able to work out a deal and they gave me a great price for my trade in. When I went to the financing department I wasn't planning on getting an extended warranty but they offered employee cost and it was well below what I would expect a warranty to cost. Overall I high recommend this dealership! Very pleasant car buying experiance. More
