He has been my girlfriends sales rep there at Cadillac and has always followed up with her Lou Long is a terrific representative at your dealership. We did a little test then research and found there is some problems needing to be addressed. The following morning I messaged Lou and within 3 minutes he was on the phone with me asking what was the problem and what we needed. He then told me he already was with Cathy in service and we explained the situation and he had me an appointment on that call. This is the type of personalized service that makes you feel like a VIP every time you encounter needs from the dealership.
