Review of leasing/purchasing process I wish I would have known the car that I purchased was not going to have a roof rack like I was promised and that was on the other models I was shown I wish I would have known the car that I purchased was not going to have a roof rack like I was promised and that was on the other models I was shown otherwise I would have chosen a different car in the same model. That was one of my reasons for choosing the car and it was too late when I got home and realized that it was not the car I truly wanted and thought I paid more than enough for. Also I felt like the staff should all be educated on the new cars before they are for sale because none of the sales people I spoke with seemed to know a lot about the vehicle. I did appreciate that the salesman researched the new vehicle so that when I returned the next day he could review the vehicle’s features with me and helped show my boyfriend the truck he likes. The staff was overall very nice and helpful. More
