I was up front and advised him I was just beginning my search for a new truck and would be checking out other makes and models. He was very friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable and patient while answering all of my questions. Over the next couple of weeks I returned at least four more times and on each occasion he exhibited the same qualities as I continued my indecision making. In between my visits he called me to see how my search was going and offered any help he could provide. In the long run I purchased a vehicle from another dealer due to the pricing.
