Ross made car buying experience less stressful Walked on the lot just to look around their used cars, Ross came out and greeted us. Super friendly easy going guy. In the end we came back the next day to buy a car as we needed to think about it overnight. No pressure from Ross, and he made himself available via cell phone if we had any questions. He wasn't scheduled to work till the afternoon but came out at 10:30am to meet us and get my son his first car. During the whole process he gave us advice based on his personal experiences and it felt like he was genuinely trying to help us out. Too bad all car salesman aren't like him! More
