After finding out what we were looking for, he took us right to the best deals for that. We never felt like he was pushing the more expensive cars, but really looking to help us find a deal. Once we decided on a car, he walked us through every step making sure we understood what was what. Besides the sale, he was incredibly kind and fun, easy to talk to. When our phones started to die, he offered his charging cable. It's little details like that that really make or break such experiences. All around a great guy. More

Becky Is Wonderful! Becky took care of the buyback of our Chevy Colorado Diesel Duramax. Chevy offered the buyback and told us we would get a letter. Okay, we got the letter from Corp. and we were told to wait until we heard from them. So we waited....finally, we were told what paperwork to send which we did immediately. Then time goes by and we get a call...did you pick out your replacement vehicle? No one had told us to proceed so we immediately called Paradise and they connected us to Becky. We met with Becky and she did a wonderful job explaining the process. It took a few weeks, but we found a truck replacement...another beautiful Colorado LT (no diesel this time). Okay, we are set we thought. So time went on, Becky didn't hear anything and we had not either. So let me fast forward. We picked up the new truck a couple days ago and what we didn't know at the time was that the corp. office had closed our case! No way Becky said...she knew we were not at fault and she made the calls and and got our case reopened! Had it not been for Becky, I don't know where we would be! We loved the service from everyone we came in contact with! Paradise is our go to dealer from now on!! Thank you Becky!!!!! More
