Great Experience For the first time in my life I was in the market to buy a brand new vehicle. For me the vehicle was a "no-brainer" because ever since I was a little For the first time in my life I was in the market to buy a brand new vehicle. For me the vehicle was a "no-brainer" because ever since I was a little boy I've always wanted a Chevy Silverado. So just getting that truck was reward enough. But I was really blown away by the customer service at Paradise Chevrolet Cadillac, especially by the attention given to me by Felipe Rodriguez. I came across the truck I was looking for on the Paradise website and called them. I live in Orange County so I wouldn't be able to make it to Temecula for a few days but I didn't want to lose that truck. I spoke with Felipe, over the phone, and he was able to send me pictures of the truck. Once I saw the pictures I knew I wanted it and Felipe made the process very smooth for me. We talked several times over the next few days, working out the details. When I finally arrived to pick-up the truck Felipe was once again there to walk me through the process of completing the purchase. I have now had the truck for several days and I couldn't be happier. In a word, the truck is: awesome! But I also want to give a shout out to Paradise for making it a great experience. Thank you to Paradise and to Felipe. Without time for us to make the 3 hour round trip drive to see the car and close the deal, Derek offered to bring the car to us. With all the paperwork in hand Derek arrived a couple hours later at our front door. We test drove the car in our own neighborhood and Derek walked us through all the technology. We signed the doc's, wrote and check and the car is ours. That's my favorite car buying experience. Thank you Derek for going the extra mile(s), literally. More
