Great Experience For the first time in my life I was in the market to buy a brand new vehicle. For me the vehicle was a "no-brainer" because ever since I was a little For the first time in my life I was in the market to buy a brand new vehicle. For me the vehicle was a "no-brainer" because ever since I was a little boy I've always wanted a Chevy Silverado. So just getting that truck was reward enough. But I was really blown away by the customer service at Paradise Chevrolet Cadillac, especially by the attention given to me by Felipe Rodriguez. I came across the truck I was looking for on the Paradise website and called them. I live in Orange County so I wouldn't be able to make it to Temecula for a few days but I didn't want to lose that truck. I spoke with Felipe, over the phone, and he was able to send me pictures of the truck. Once I saw the pictures I knew I wanted it and Felipe made the process very smooth for me. We talked several times over the next few days, working out the details. When I finally arrived to pick-up the truck Felipe was once again there to walk me through the process of completing the purchase. I have now had the truck for several days and I couldn't be happier. In a word, the truck is: awesome! But I also want to give a shout out to Paradise for making it a great experience. Thank you to Paradise and to Felipe. I would definitely recommend you to friends and family and will be back for any other new vehicles in the future. Keep up the great work. More
