Margaret patiently allowed us to extensively test drive several vehicles and allowed us time to decide without some of the usual pressure you get from other dealerships. She showed a genuine interest in having us find the right car. The negotiations were smooth and simple and we left with the new vehicle within the hour. We hadn't planned on making our purchase that day so Margaret even followed us home to get additional keys on our trade and a check for the deposit. It should be also noted I have had my previous Cadillac serviced at this dealership and the quality and level of service have always been excellent. More
