As an General Motors Salaried employee working in the Detroit area, my family and had become accustomed to superior customer service at our local dealership. Returning to California and retiring, this was my first experience as a non-active employee. As we approached the end of the lease for our 2015 Equinox, I selected Paradise Cadillac-Chevrolet. After visiting the dealership and speaking with Jonathon Ramirez I sensed that we would receive the same superior service as before in Michigan. .After building our vehicle of choice utilizing the GM Family First Web Site and locating it in Paradise's inventory, I contacted Jonathon and made an appointment. I was able to return my existing leased vehicle and take delivery of my new 2018 Equinox all in one visit. The process was smooth and effortless. Everyone involved was professional and there were never any high pressure sales attempts. The support staff including the Sales Representative, Financial Manager, Insurance Representative and members of the Service Department were wonderful. The vehicle was serviced and after an orientation, my family and I drove home in our new Chevy Equinox. Great First Buy! Because of a recent promotion, I found myself in a pinch to find the right car for me in a short amount of time. Over the course of a month, I found myself researching cars every free moment I had and visiting almost every dealership in town, from Temecula to Carlsbad. Although I found a few great options, the employees either became too pushy or the price just wasn't right. I'm in Sales, so the last thing I was looking to deal with was a "Salesy Salesperson." I had a car at another dealership that I was going to purchase, but a friend recommended Paradise Chevrolet in Temecula and I promised him that I would stop by before making a commitment. With the thought of just taking a look, and being completely sold on another car, my dad and I went into this dealership. We were greeted with a warm and friendly man named Paul, who assisted us throughout our tour. He was so relaxed and was actually the complete opposite of everyone I had dealt with prior. I remember telling him, that it seemed like we had met before. Paul was so gracious and kind.. worked with us for over 4 hours... debating back and forth on whether or not this was the right decision. He bent over backwards for me, overcoming every objection I threw at him. Paul and the entire team at Paradise Chevrolet in Temecula are the reason why I chose to purchase my car at their location. I am huge about culture and the culture at this location is unlike anything you will ever experience. I could go on and on with how wonderful the entire Staff is, but the bottom line is this: Whether you are looking for a new car or your first car, you will never regret visiting this location.
