Returning to California and retiring, this was my first experience as a non-active employee. As we approached the end of the lease for our 2015 Equinox, I selected Paradise Cadillac-Chevrolet. After visiting the dealership and speaking with Jonathon Ramirez I sensed that we would receive the same superior service as before in Michigan. .After building our vehicle of choice utilizing the GM Family First Web Site and locating it in Paradise's inventory, I contacted Jonathon and made an appointment. I was able to return my existing leased vehicle and take delivery of my new 2018 Equinox all in one visit. The process was smooth and effortless. Everyone involved was professional and there were never any high pressure sales attempts. The support staff including the Sales Representative, Financial Manager, Insurance Representative and members of the Service Department were wonderful. The vehicle was serviced and after an orientation, my family and I drove home in our new Chevy Equinox.
