As we are not impulse buyers, and had more research we wanted to do, we continued to ponder decision. On November 28, we called the dealership to talk to Lou about coming up and testing driving a car. not only did Lou take our call on his day off, He actually remembered husband stopping by pretty much 2 months previously, and we know this because he brought up that it was on husbands way home from a golf tournament. We made an appt with Lou for the next day. When we arrived at the dealership, Lou had a car ready that met our specifications so that we could test drive a comparable model. Test drive was great and Lou then located the EXACT car that I wanted. Got our price and financing right were we wanted to be. Exceptional customer service. I would also like to add that we drove up from San Diego County to Temecula and it was well worth the drive to work with this dealership. Thank you Lou! More
