Typically buying a new car can be a daunting "chore" for most, simply because of the pressure involved by a dealers sales team! I experienced quite the opposite yesterday. Katelyn Gilmore was my Sales Consultant, and although (as I learned) she has only been selling Cadillac for a short time, I found her to be very knowledgeable. This was actually my first GM purchase, and she took her time to clearly lay out the differences between the "steps" within the CT6 family. She made it easy for me to narrow down my selection. Her attitude and obvious desire to help "me" by ensuring all my questions were answers made the sale of my vehicle a "no brainer"........ I am an owner in a 115 year old family business that places its greatest emphasis on our people, therefore, "they" believe in our organization. It is clear to me that Paradise has the same core values. I saw this from every person I interfaced with. from Jimmy to Manny and of course Katelyn. They understand that people make the difference.
