We called the dealer a few minutes before they closed and the gentleman that answered the phone was pleasant and asked to call the next day. In which we did and was directed to the right person and from there worked with Felipe since. Felipe is very friendly and easy to work with. We flew to Temecula, purchased our car and Felipe assisted in driving the vehicle to the Port. Since then, we call Felipe from time to time and inquire of inventory. Now its been 2 years ago when we purchased our Cadi, my husband was interested in getting another vehicle so we called Felipe. Within a week, Felipe found the truck we were looking for and I must say " he did it again". He found the truck we wanted and brought it over to dealership, assisted in all documents and delivered vehicle to the port... All we can say is that Felipe always go above and beyond to meet our needs in a timely manner. We are happy and excited to see our new truck within 2 weeks from now. I recommend Felipe to anyone locally and outside of Temecula. We've been happy with the service both from Felipe and the rest of the team from Paradise Chevrolet Cadillac dealer.
