This is the third car I’ve bought and I definitely have to say this has been the best experience I’ve had! The entire staff that we dealt with at Paradise was so great and helpful and above that our salesman Damione was just awesome! He made sure he understood exactly what we wanted and even better he fulfilled it! We had our newborn with us and he did everything he could to make sure we were comfortable and had a quick and stress free experience! It made all the difference, we are super in love with our new car but we are also very satisfied that we have a place we know we will feel confident and comfortable coming back to for every new car in the future! After several months of shopping around and being frustrated and discouraged we walked onto the Paradise lot in Temecula. Our first experience was with Sam Radi several weeks before we bought a car. Sam treated us with respect and consideration. He was patient and knowledgeable. He was patient and tried his best to make a deal. I did not buy a car that day but I didn't feel like I had to run away. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE. When we returned several weeks later Sam remembered us by name! He was already with a customer but personally handed us over into the qualified hands of CJ Scott. CJ was just as delightful and friendly as Sam. He showed us what we were interested in and didn't try to pressure us into anything. He let our desires guide our shopping experience. After a nice test drive and selecting the car I wanted we went inside to start paperwork. In the midst I realized the car I was purchasing did not have a feature that I really wanted. Without hesitation CJ returned with us to the lot to look around. I found an even BETTER car at almost the same price. I'm used to sitting and waiting for hours for deals that never work and promises that are never kept. That didn't happen here. In about 20 minutes they brought their first offer. We turned it down for lower payments. BAM! 5 minutes later we were shaking hands on a payment that was less than we asked for at an unbelievable interest rate. But that's not all, they delivered a clean car, FULL OF GAS, and even gave ME a gift! If you want to feel like you just bought the most expensive car on the lot you have to go here! They made us feel like the most important people to walk on the lot that day. The incentives are good, the warranties are great, the service is outstanding. This was not a typical car-buying experience. My husband said this is his dealership from here on out. More
