Jonathan was really great from beginning to end! Jonathan greeted us when we arrived. I went in hoping somehow I could drive away in a Tahoe. I had to have the bucket seats in the middle row! Unfortunately the Tahoe with bucket seats was just too far put of our budget. I was planning to leave with the vehicle I'd come with, when Jonathan mentioned the 2018 Traverse was completely remodled and that it offered middle row bucket seats in my price range. I wasn't really excited to even look at it, but he assured me it was in no way a lesser vehicle and that I'd be impressed. He was so right! We bought one, and I'm really happy. Jonathan took away the usual irritating games and got down to business. We will seek him out next time we need a vehicle , I wouldn't hesitate to send family and friends to him. Thanks Jonathan! The manager Thad was working that day. He was also warm and friendly. We have bought many vehicles before, in our past experiences when the manager comes over things get a little frustrating. Not the case with Thad, he has a tough job but he does it well. Overall, I was impressed with my experience. More
