Cody was very professional and understood when I told him we only wanted a certain type of Colorado. He did not push us to get more truck than what we wanted. When we finally decided on the right Colorado, Don came out to assist Cody and get the paperwork going. Don saw that our kids were getting restless and hungry and went out of his was to buy dinner for our kiddos. Who does that? When an issue was discovered with my original selection, Lou did not hesitate to assist me in getting the issue resolved, helping me get an alternate vehicle that was totally acceptable.
