Phenomenal Service and an Excellent Selection! We had been researching cars to comfortably fit our family of five for the past several months, and we had plans to visit a few dealerships in Temec We had been researching cars to comfortably fit our family of five for the past several months, and we had plans to visit a few dealerships in Temecula to knock some cars off of our list. We came to review a Chevy Traverse and then head to the next dealership, but we noticed the large selection of used Tahoes and Suburbans available. We were interested in learning more about the bigger vehicles, and we were greeted by Peter who provided an excellent review of the Tahoe and the Suburban features for a comparison. He was very patient with us while we bounced back and forth between the Tahoe and the Suburban. He recommended that we drive each one to get a feel for each one and to determine if the drive and experience for our family could help us lean in a particular direction. We noticed that the Tahoe was not quite large enough for our kids to sit comfortably in the back row, and the lack of trunk space could not meet our needs. We also discovered that the Suburban had more than enough room to seat all of the kids in the back row. His recommendation had paid off because we realized that we could no longer consider the Tahoe in our car search, and we were focusing on the Suburban now. We were interested in learning more about the cars final pricing and financing options, so we went inside to begin filling out paperwork. After spending several hours discussing the Tahoe and the Suburban, we happened to walk by another vehicle that caught our eye. We were now very interested in the Cadillac Escalade ESV which was similar in size to the Suburban and was competitively priced within the range of a top of the line Suburban. After seeing the Escalade ESV, we understood that this vehicle was the car we wanted, and then we quickly forgot about the Suburban, so we went on our third test drive for the day. We loved the Cadillac, and Peter stuck with us the whole time, patiently explaining the details, and spending his entire day with our family. Peter knew that we were not planning to buy a car on this day and that we were rather trying to eliminate cars from our list of possibilities, and he still choose to kindly interact and accommodate our needs without hesitation. Peter was very interested in our needs and the information we were seeking to better understand the vehicles. He was extremely kind and courteous to our family. Our kids kept him busy with the television, popcorn, water bottles, and the endless questions. Each of my kids had a thorough conversation with him, and he seemed genuinely interested in talking and interacting with them. We all discussed sports, previous cars owned, schools, college, houses, work commutes, and the list could go on and on. The communications were not forced but were rather genuine because Peter was committed to great customer service and showed that he is a kind and caring individual. He also was dedicated to the products and services his company offered and stood behind the guarantees and warranties that were established. We ended up buying a Cadillac Escalade ESV and having Peter as our salesman had a tremendous impact on our ability to find the right car, and for Paradise Chevrolet and Cadillac to ultimately sell us a car! More

Damione and Chris are allstars. Yesterday I went to Paradise Chevrolet, I called my friend Damione and asked him if he had any Cadillac Escalades. He replied he did. I drove down there and we looked at what he had and was not exactly what I was looking for. We walked up to Gmc and found me a beautiful Chevrolet Suburban with low miles. This car looked and drove like brand new. It took some dancing to get the deal done, but Chris and Damione stepped up to the plate and hit a home run where others had failed to sell me. Damione listens to your needs and finds a solution that will work! His knowledge on this product is amazing. I would recommend him to anyone that is seeking a fair deal.
