Margaret was very understanding with my wife's indecision, and hesitation, when she brought up the subject of another car. She brought our concerns to Steve, and he was very understanding, and did every thing he could to get us a car that was in our budget. Neither one of them put any pressure on use to just buy the car. They were very helpful in keeping us in the budget that we had set for the purchase of our new car. When we left we were very satisfied with the vehicle we purchased. Thad Epting was very well prepared to answer all my questions and concerns. I felt like I had his entire attention and that nothing else around was more important during entire process. He provide me with options and excellent advice going forward. Most important to me was the fact that he took the time to walk me through my new vehicle and the many options it came with, I have been driving foreign cars for a while. This is my first American made car in over 30 years. But its a Corvette and that's all that needs to be said there, Bottomline is that Thad was awesome and he has earned my business and respect for life. Unfortunately, all the jokes about poor salesman at auto dealerships are probably 80% true. Michael was a cut above all the sales people we have worked with in the past, and we have bought a LOT of cars. Michael did not try to become our "new best friend", he showed us the cars that best suited our needs, showed us the best buy for us on the lot, and didn't make promises to us that would later be unrealized. If we decide to buy a second Corvette, we will go to visit Michael first. If if we cannot help us, we will know that we have at least gotten good advice and the best possible deal that he and his agency could put together. Good job Michael and thank you again. She even spoke to her own mother when trying to figure out what would make a mother feel comfortable and safe when putting her first time driver teenage daughter in a vehicle! We were looking for a used car for our 16 year old daughter. After much research, she came up with the most geniois solution that was a win win for everyone! A two year pre-paid lease! Something we would have never considered because of the stigma the word "lease" had with us! Katelyn Gilmore went above and beyond to find a deal that would make us parents of a first time driver feel safe about the car we purchased! Katelyn and all of the Paradise staff showed professionalism from the beginning till the end of our experience. We were treated like family and the follow up from day one was top notch! Prior to the sale she helped with ideas on how "to surprise" our daughter!!! Even "after the sale" Katelyn cared enough to ask how the "surprise purchase went and asked for pictures! Paradise has earned my business for ever and my stamped seal of approval when recommending to my friends and others!
