The finance gentlemen gave us a rash of crap there and Jerry was especially apologetic for that. He continued with his attentiveness with us and his salesperson.David Gomez. They also referred us to Allstate Insurance there and they were able to improve our rates immensely. I would definitely recommend Paradise Chevrolet to anyone wanting a vehicle. Stay away from Paradise GMC next door. The worst experience ever. Didn't listen to our needs . Gave us false hopes and made disparaging comments. Very rude! More

We've always been big fans of Chevrolet produc We have purchased 3 new pick up trucks from Paradise Chevrolet, here in Temecula, dating back to 1998. We've always been big fans of Chevrolet products. Because of those 3 new purchases, we recently discovered and purchased a used 2001 Chevy S-10 regular cab pick-up, similar to 2 of the prior purchase. S-10's were and are a great pick-up. It was a very good day when we decided to make an appointment in the service dept. to bring the S-10 in for maintenance items and various areas of concern to be resolved by the professionals, representing Mr. Gilmore's dealership and GM. In addition, being assigned to Ryan Drumm as our service writer was an added bonus. Not only did we get over a dozen issues resolved and in a timely manner, every item was professionally complete by technician, Clinton Mielke. Between Ryan and Clinton, we were in good hands. They restored our trust in factory dealerships. Ryan was patient and understanding, explaining every item I brought up for review and inspection. We've had some issues with Paradise Chevrolet in the SALES dept. over these past few years, preventing a few more purchases.
