I just wanted to say a few words of praise for the staff of Paradise Chevrolet especially for Sales agent Mark Manke and Sales Manager Mike Good I went to your dealership to have work done on my 2016 Chevrolet Volt and I asked my wife lets go see if they have any trucks as we have been looking for a truck for our grandson. We were met by Mark and to be honest thought we were going to be bothered by someone trying to sale us something we were not going to be happy about. Boy was I wrong. I advised Mark that we were in the market for a vehicle but not this very day. Mark and Mike did everything to meet our expectation and then some. From the start Andrés contacted me as a follow up and I explained that I had changed my mind about cars I wanted to buy . He exclaimed " dude I have that exact car here" Even though not a Chevy, he was the model " perfect" salesman working through every step with out overstepping cuz as we know " no one wants to be sold a car" . He started by showing me the vehicle as I excitedly drove the car I bought . After driving we went into the sakes lobby and he made me feel at ease by putting me at ease and playing some good rock and roll and making small talk .
