Outstanding service!! My husband and I have been visiting dealerships from San Diego, Escondido to Oceanside for at least 7 months. My husband is a person who is very frug My husband and I have been visiting dealerships from San Diego, Escondido to Oceanside for at least 7 months. My husband is a person who is very frugal and no nonsense kind of person! He would tell the dealer specifically what type of truck and monthly payments he was willing to pay. We would spend hours in dealerships then walk away because they would try to convince him to outside of what he wanted with the payments above what he specified. I suggested we look in the area closer to home. Googled dealerships near us; picked three we would visit. Paradise Chevrolet Cadillac in Temecula was first and the one. Rich Gomez, was amazing! The whole process was went so smoothly without us feeling pressured. He listened to us and we drove away with Rich exceeding our expectations. He actually went above and beyond what we asked for with loads of extras. This is our third vehicle purchase with a great deal of experience with dealers in Missouri, Texas, Virginia and California ! Only word to describe it is WOW!! More

I let Shaun know I was just going to look around and take a look at the new vehicles. He kindly asked if he should let a sales person form new vehicles know so they could assist me. I declined and let him know I was just looking. I walked the new cars lot for about 20 minutes and saw a few cars I was interested in but no one from the new car sales ever came out to see if I had any questions. After that time I felt like no one on that side wanted to sell a car. I then proceeded back to the used cars lot where I had parked and decided to take a quick look at there used inventory. Shaun promptly came out and asked if I had any questions and was very professional. A few hours later I went home with a car from there used inventory. This is the second vehicle I have purchased form Paradise Chevrolet and will definitely be back. More

He, the sales manager, finance and insurance persons answered all my questions and made sure I understood all the documents and term of my purchase.
