I'm not one to eagerly want to go through a car dealership experience and the associated sales pressure that is usually a part of the process. However, Jonathan quickly put any apprehensions to rest. He was professional, well informed and I experience no pressure. Although I didn't buy at the first visit, once I made the decision to pursue the desire vehicle I met again with Jonathan and he helped me through the process in about as pleasant a manner as could be hoped for. Later, I returned for some follow-ups on the vehicle and Jonathan was always there to introduce me to all the people that would help with my needs. I marvel at the quality of this dealership in every category I have encountered during the weeks that followed the purchase (vehicle prep, body shop, service, sales manager, finance and even the receptionist) and it all began with the outstanding service provided by Jonathan. If it wasn't for him I would not have discovered how impressive this organization is! More

Chevy Volt - Mark Manke My husband and I just recently bought a Chevy Volt and Mark Manke was the salesman who helped us. We did not think we would buy it that evening but k My husband and I just recently bought a Chevy Volt and Mark Manke was the salesman who helped us. We did not think we would buy it that evening but knew that we wanted to buy a 2013 or 2014 Chevy Volt within the next 2 months. What I appreciated about Mark was, quite frankly, his candid nature. He did not pretend to be a Volt enthusiast - he was candid that it was not his favorite car. He understood that we knew what we wanted and why and simply asked if he could work out a good deal for us if he could have our business. We were upside down in our trade in so we were not sure if we could buy right away. Mark looked into this for us and worked out a deal we were happy with - and he made it easy to understand what our options were for financing. He stayed late to help us and had a fantastic attitude about it. He helped fill out all the paperwork on the trade in & the credit application. We were certain we could get a better rate through out credit union - Manny helped us get a rate that we were happy with so we did not have to go through the hassle. A few days after I bought the car the right head light went out. I left Mark a message about it - the next day Diego in the service department contacted me. I have a crazy commute and work hours. Diego worked around my schedule - even showed up to work early for me. You really have a great team here - they really showed me that this dealership takes a great deal of pride in taking care of it's customers. More
