I went in looking to test drive the Equinox I had seen online the night before, and possibly a Colorado for my hubby. He went above and beyond to make sure my test drive was comfortable and long enough to actually get to know the car a little bit (most dealers will take you around the block and say done). Needless to say, we fell in love with both the Equinox and the Colorado. Paul stepped away multiple times when he realized that my husband and I needed to discuss our options and budget, which was a huge help! He knew exactly what needed to happen! Also, when wanting to test drive the Colorado, my husband insisted on testing the similar one to the one he liked, since the one he liked was on the sidewalk next to the showroom, and blocked in. Paul took it upon himself to move the cars and get the exact truck my husband wanted to test. An above and beyond move! Paul and the manager helped get our payments exactly where we needed them to be for the Equinox and I left that day with a new SUV! Happy customer and when we can afford the truck hubby wants, we WILL be back! More
