I'm not one to eagerly want to go through a car dealership experience and the associated sales pressure that is usually a part of the process. However, Jonathan quickly put any apprehensions to rest. He was professional, well informed and I experience no pressure. Although I didn't buy at the first visit, once I made the decision to pursue the desire vehicle I met again with Jonathan and he helped me through the process in about as pleasant a manner as could be hoped for. Later, I returned for some follow-ups on the vehicle and Jonathan was always there to introduce me to all the people that would help with my needs.
