Buying cars isn't fun or easy. Sam & Lou helped change this! We had originally visited the dealership with the intention to view options regarding Electric Vehicles as we drive a long commute to and from work. As we originally worked with a few other representatives of Paradise Chevrolet, we chose not to purchase that evening and decided to return when we had more time to think and the resources to help make the decision more clear. In our second visit, we dealt with Sam and Lou, who were absolutely pleasant from the very beginning. They stuck with us throughout the entire process while we attempted to pick up where we left off, and they were more than willing to work with us to come to an agreement in the end that worked for us all. I can't thank Sam and Lou enough for the warm welcome, the ease of the purchase in the end and the feeling that we were truly valued customers in comparison to many others buying experiences at a car dealership (not necessarily Paradise Chevy).
