Replacing my car which was totaled in an accident. I was looking to replace my car which had been totaled in a wreck, my first in 40 years of driving. I had heard stories of dealing with pushy car salesmen and was not looking forward to the sales process. I met with Lance Orosco who was not pushy at all. We let him know the two car types I was interested in and the price range. He immediately said he knew of several That might be the right one for me. In 5 minutes they had one ready to test drive for me and I took it for a drive and it felt "right" for me. It handled smoothly and quiet and Lance was right there to answer any questions I might have. Needless to say we went back to the dealership and worked out a payment plan I could live within and very shortly I owned a car. Lance was very eager to answer my questions about anything to deal with the car and how it works. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase the car. More
