Low Pressure Sales and Great customer service As i walked to Paradise Chevrolet I was met buy Paul Whitten who casually introduced himself with a firm handshake while looking at me staraight in my As i walked to Paradise Chevrolet I was met buy Paul Whitten who casually introduced himself with a firm handshake while looking at me staraight in my eyes. Right off I judged him as this is a good character trait that I look for when I meet people. I told Paul of my need in a truck with my budget and technical parameters I am looking for in a used truck. Paul was in a friendly mood and told me that he only has a few GMC 2014 Sierra's and led me to the first. Paul was able to describe the truck and answered my questions as I asked. The truck did not fit my bill and Paul not to be dismayed charged to the second truck. Once again I wanted to see others and he led me to the next 2014 Sierra and right away it grabed my full attention. Paul retrieved the keys and off we went and as I was driving Paul was describing the features which led me to decide this is the one. Of course I had to explain that I must have an Ok from the wife and Paul understood and did not go into a high pressure sales mode to get me to buy the truck today as he said "no problem" just give me a call as he handed me his buisness card. By the time I was ready five days had elapsed and Paul called me twice and each time he was very easy as he did not display any sales presure. Finally I was ready and Paul introduced me to Sam, a fellow salesman and also Dave the floor manager. Paper work started and I told all three I did not want to wait for hours in a showroom to complete the deal and all pushed their way foward to close the deal in a short period as could be allowed.. Negotiations took place and by the time the bottom line was revealed both sides could leave with a smile when the keys were to be handed over. Tracey was the next person I was to meet who handles the contract signing. Tracey was very friendly and she had known that I wanted to move quick of which she did with smiles and easy conversation. Her explanation of line by line of my contract went very well and it was not long before my final signature had been completed. Smiley Face goes here :o) Applause and a Bravo Zulu to the folks at Paradise Chevrolet as leaving in the Sierra handshakes were done and ea h of us had a smile on our face. More
