Hi Todd, I wanted to inform you about a vehicle your dealership had listed for sale on your website and on cars.com. I am in the market to purchase a vehicle, (Cadillac CTS with a sunroof), when I came across the below ad I immediately sent an email, informing your sales agents that I was interested in this vehicle. I received a call back from Ruby; I had a few questions regarding the vehicle that was advertised. She then put her internet sales manager on the phone, he answered the few questions I had. When I began to tell him the vehicle was advertised for $36,314. He told me that was a mistake (he said something to the effect of "fat fingers") and it was $46,314. I was very disappointed that it would be advertised for a different amount. I just thought this was something that you should be aware of, because I was very interested in purchasing a vehicle. More
