Lou took me for a test drive in a similar vehicle and then looked up online to find the exact vehicle I wanted. Lou told me he would follow up with me on the vehicle which was fine with me because I really wasn't in a hurry to purchase the vehicle. One thing I didn't like was they wanted me to sign paperwork and put money down on a vehicle I hadn't even seen yet. I didn't hear back from Lou but called the dealership myself to see if the vehicle was in yet and was told 'it just arrived'. I went in and it seemed Lou was a bit too busy to deal with us since the sale was basically already set. We dealt with Cody who took me on another test drive in the exact vehicle I wanted. Cody closed the deal and went over all the features with me of this vehicle. Cody was very personable. More
