I appreciate his style, professionalism and knowledge. He gives me the space I need to make a decision, but is very attentive and provides me with the vehicles details needed for my decision. You are not forgotten when you drive off the lot. Craig is very good about checking in to see how things are going. I'm a Chevrolet guy and can go to many different Chevy dealers in So. CA.
