Totally easy and comfy! Sales rep, Chris Perez, made this leasing experience at Paradise Chevrolet in Temecula a memorable experience. As we are all aware that going to a de Sales rep, Chris Perez, made this leasing experience at Paradise Chevrolet in Temecula a memorable experience. As we are all aware that going to a dealership to purchase/leasing a vehicle is usually a experience that we all dread to encounter due to pushy sales men or women. Not at this place. It was very comfertable and totally easy. Chris Perez was professional and not at all pushy wanting to make a sale. One week prior to committed into leasing the vehicle we stopped by this dealership to just look around. We encountered Chris who was very easy and not pushy at all, unlike typical car sales men. Myself and the wife were there for maybe 30 min then decided to leave and look at other vehicles at nearby dealerships. Just to keep our options opened. A week later we came back to Paradise Chevrolet and asked for Chris again because of how he treated us the week prior. We ended up leasing the vehicle. We couldn't pass up the deal we received and the exceptional customer service from Chris. Once the sale was complete, Chris still went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. We wanted to surprise our son with the 2016 Cruz. Something the wife had mentioned to Chris the week prior. Chris paying attention to detail, a week later, still remembered. He had someone go to their warehouse nearby, driving distance, to retrieve a huge red bow so we could surprise our son. Now normally anyone that has made a sale would have said I'm done. But not Chris, he continued the exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to satisfy our every need. That alone will definitely have me return to this dealership to purchase my next vehicle. Trust me I'll be back because i have another son that is going to need a new vehicle soon. Long...but amazing day Paul was wonderful i went in a month or so before i was ready to buy and was looking around on options...paul showed me around never made me feel pres Paul was wonderful i went in a month or so before i was ready to buy and was looking around on options...paul showed me around never made me feel pressured....between paul and his assissant JT they kept in contact with me and letting me know of deals or new cars in the style i was looking for...the big day came to actually buy the car...brand new right off the truck....it was a process but paul got me the best deal...low payments i could afford, a warrently that worked with thw amount of miles i drive weekly ...and since i couldnt use my honda as a trade in he followed me home and brought it home for me ...he was truly amazing and i loved everything he did... he honestly took the stress out of buying my first new car and let me just be excited about everything. I would recommend Paul whitten to anyone who is in the market to buy a new or used car . Josh in the financial part explained everything so it was easy to understand and went throught every option and details for all the different warrenties to find what best fits me. I was quickly met by Sam Radi who was very pleasant during the process of showing me cars and taking me on a test drive. I was handed off to CJ Scott which at first caused me to reconsider dealing with this dealership because I hate the whole, "let me have you see my____" process. But he quickly put me at ease and was very considerate of my time and gave me informative options to consider that lead me to make the decision to buy a car with them. He walked me through the whole process from beginning to end. I felt like he wanted me to have the best deal and a car I wanted to drive. Even though I did not get the car I initially test drove and wanted, I am satisfied with the purchase I made and really want to thank CJ and those involved with my car buying experience at Paradise Chevrolet Cadillac.
