We first decided to come into Chevrolet because both Toyota and Nissan were unwilling to meet our needs. From the moment we walked into the dealership we felt confident that we were in the right place. Paul Tatum was the first individual we meet it was later int he afternoon and he was very polite and knowledgeable. He Made us feel so comfortable and he did not come off pushy or anything. He listened to all our request and was able to deliver our needs. For the first time in our life we actually felt like the sales person showing us the car really wanted the best for us. He seemed like a family man who knew how important in was for us to stay within our budget all while get a safe and reliable vehicle. We will be buying many more vehicles from Chevrolet. What impresses me most is the follow up...they do what they say they are going to do! I even got a follow up text today from Lance with pictures of my trucks hitch right after it was installed...you find me another sales guy who will do that 5 days after the deal is done!
