At first I wasn't really sold on the vehicle because of the price, but after spending time comparing and talking to Paul Whitten I decided on a used vehicle. Paul never pressured me and went to his boss repeatably to insure that I received the best price for the vehicle that I wanted. As a woman I am not always comfortable dealing with car dealers, I had heard too many stories about women not getting as good a deal as men, but I feel like they actually listended to what I wanted and negotiated with me the price I wanted to pay. We came to terms on the car that suited both of us. I would go back to Paradise and deal with Paul again. Even though I was pre-approved from another bank for financing, Brian worked with me and obtained a better rate for me from another source! I am very happy with the service and integrity of the team at Paradise! More

2016 Chevy Volt This was by far the best and easiest experience I have ever had purchasing a car. When we arrived to the dealership - we were impressed with Cody's ap This was by far the best and easiest experience I have ever had purchasing a car. When we arrived to the dealership - we were impressed with Cody's approach at customer service. He didn't immediately rush to our car, but instead allowed us the time to get out and walk up to the entrance. The car buying process can be a lot to handle - so we appreciated Cody's respectful approach of not coming across as pushy or overly eager. We picked him out of the crowd and we are so thankful that we did. Lucky for me - Cody had just attended a training on the Volt and was able to answer a lot of my questions! He was extremely friendly and patient with me as I asked every question imaginable and wanted to look at every detail of the car. While I was waiting for my car to arrive from the factory - Cody kept me well informed with phone calls and emails to update me on the status as well as answer questions as they came up. I would highly recommend Cody for your service needs - he was great, honest and patient - everything you would need in a salesman. Steve was a great resource when it came to answering the questions I had regarding the Volt that only someone who owned one would know. Every question that I thought would be impossible to get an answer for - he had an answer. He was very helpful with informing me about the government rebates that were offered, the experience he has had with the Volt and the knowledge of the car. Since this was my first electric vehicle - it was great having a resource to talk with and gain personal experiences. By far the best manager I have dealt with at a dealership. Both Cody and Steve were extremely helpful in this buying process. I would highly recommend people coming to Paradise Chevrolet to purchase their cars in the future. My wife and I experience from the time we arrived on the dealership lot to the time we drove off with our new 2016 Vette was nothing less than above approach. All the staff was excellent but I would personally like to mention Lance Orosco. For being well verse in knowing his product to combining that with excellent customer service made my experience there priceless. I left the dealership confident and satisfied that I had made an excellent chose by coming there. Lance explained the different functions and the technical operation system of the Corvette that I was interested in. He explained everything in layman terms and never made me feel inferior. My wife was purchasing me a special gift for my 50th birthday that was two day prior and with Lance Orosco excellent knowledge and customer service definitely seal and completed a GREAT BIRTHDAY EXPERIENCE. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and I will definitely return to purchase another vehicle from there. And I will seek out Lance as my Sales Rep. More
