Malory made us feel very comfortable from the start. He wasn't pushy like most car salesmen. He took his time with us and showed us all the features of the Tahoe we were interested in. We decided against that one and again he was so patient with us and showed another one that we felt was a better fit. He was so nice though out this experience and very laid back which made the day fun as opposed to stressful.
