Will surely be a repeat customer! I have dealt with car dealers in the past & did my homework prior to coming in. I didn't feel like I was being sold to, in fact, right off the bat Kev I have dealt with car dealers in the past & did my homework prior to coming in. I didn't feel like I was being sold to, in fact, right off the bat Kevin Brooks treated me with respect & laid a great foundation to what is sure to be(spoiler alert) one of my best adult experiences of my life. From the get go he was up front with me. I let him know what I was being told from other places & he let me know that my business was important enough to do what he could to help me out. Aside from showing me a selection of beautiful cars, HIS supervisor, Scott, even came to speak with me about a few of my questions, as well as wants I had for the exact car I wanted. Their number one priority was to get me what I wanted, for a deal that I wanted(it was the beginning of Labor Day, so I could've just as easily found somewhere else & possibly been sold a car I wouldn't be as satisfied as I am now). After helping me look for the perfect color and style, I was all set. I'm sure to some extent there was a pretty good chance I was going to purchase from them, since they are in the city I live in anyways, but it wasn't JUST that. I've been to their facility a few times for other things & every time I walk in, I can tell that customer satisfaction was #1. Aside from all the awesome perks JUST being their customer includes, the deal and final result was the main reason why I will be coming back. I love my new 2016(not to mention how people look when I tell them I have a 2016 in the year of 2015) and have recommended to at least 2 people & posted on my local FB page about my experience, which is funny because I've had the car for only 3 days. I can't even imagine what I'd get next from Paradise Chevrolet & Cadillac, I just know I'm going to get it from them. More
