Best car buying experience!!! I usually don't do reviews or surveys, but because of the exceptional service my family and I received at Paradise Chevrolet & Cadillac of Temecula, I I usually don't do reviews or surveys, but because of the exceptional service my family and I received at Paradise Chevrolet & Cadillac of Temecula, I find myself inclined to do so. Particularly because of an employee there by the name of CJ. He was an exemplary model of how a true professional car salesman should be like!! For one, he actually listened to our needs and desires. CJ did not haggle with us nor did he pressure us into anything (expect to enjoy the treats that they had out haha!) that we did not feel comfortable with. His 'tour', if you will, around the property/lot was strictly guided by what we said we were looking for! (And it wasn't a fancy expensive new car either; but that didn't stop him from giving us the first class treatment!! (Which was really nice as we had visited a competitor prior, and as soon as they found out we weren't in the market for a new or expensive car, the smiles changed and the sense of feeling welcomed diminished. Shame on them.) Anyway, back to CJ and the extremely knowledgable and friendly staff at Paradise. I can't express how genuinely happy we are with our 'new' car!! The entire process was smooth and easy. (We don't have the best credit either, but they made it happen for us without making us feel inadequate.) I observed other transactions between customers and the Paradise staff while waiting to do the paperwork, and the genuine desire to help their customers really impressed me!!! It's not often that you find an establishment or business that has this shared quality of great customer service!! You can tell they put effort into their employee training and high quality standards. I'm so thankful for CJ and can't say enough about how he found the perfect car for my family and I, AND, within our budget!!! We will be back to Paradise Chevrolet and Cadillac of Temecula when we are ready to purchase again. It goes without saying, although I will, my family and I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and encourage you to find CJ as I'm certain he will take good care of you and your needs!!!
