We had look at two to three dealers prior to this weekend and were starting to dread the process. My wife said " Let's go" at the last dealership because of the hanging on / smothering approach of the sales representative. We wanted to just look! We drove into Paradise Chevrolet to see what you folks had to offer. There we met Damione Thompson. We found him to be knowledgable, friendly and he let us just look. After looking around for some time, Damione began to show us three or four totally different autos (different price ranges), while exhibiting patience, asked few questions but answered all our questions. He finally asked if we wanted to test drive any of the cars we had looked at. We test drove the Cadillac SRX and asked him to give us some numbers including our trade. By this time it was 9:00 PM. We said we would come back tomorrow morning around 10:00 AM and bring our trade-in and title. My wife and I finally showed up a little after noon. Debbie asked Damione if she could drive the Equinox? He said absolutely and off we went again on another test drive. We eventually decided on the Cadillac SRX and we were driving off the dealership's lot by 2:00 PM. Our thanks to Damione who didn't try to sell us the more expensive car but tried to sell us what we wanted. And thanks to Paradise Chevrolet for making what normally is a horrific experience a fun and memorable occasion. More
