"beyond my expectations" We went in there to look at cars considering a trade but very skeptical because of our experiences in the past with other dealerships. Lou, our salesman was very professional, helpful but not pushy at all.... He allowed us to look at other places take our time and listened to what we wanted. We were difficult! But he and the other team members changed that! Everyone we dealt with at Paradise Chevrolet was helpful, professional and caring. Our experience was a "10" and beacuse of Lou, we bought the car we wanted. We are all happy and we future friends for life. I am sure we will be back to buy a car for us. Miracles CAN happen at Paradise! I entered the dealership with an open mind - but not really expecting too much. I already knew that I had "not so good" credit - and with a small budg I entered the dealership with an open mind - but not really expecting too much. I already knew that I had "not so good" credit - and with a small budget - and a small trade in - I wasn't too sure if I would walk out with a "new" car. Long story short - Larry took care of me (and my teenager son). First, he offered us chilled mini bottles of water (a nice gesture in this awful heatwave!). Then, after walking around the lot and discussing my situation (credit/budget/monthly payment desired), we ended up looking at a 2013 Chevy Spark. A clean white 5-door hatchback with a lot of spunk! Took is for a test drive and for the right price - it was mine! I need to mention Ely - another employee who facilitated the bank loan. When he first came back with the numbers, I almost walked out, without that car. But we compromised on some items - and he came back with better numbers that I could work with. Such a blessing! After we finished up singing the documents, I was handed the key (but only after Larry took the car to get detailed and gassed up!) Seriously, this guy is top notch! He gifted me a nice set of dealership key chains and a pen. My son even got a HotWheels diecast car! Who does that?! Larry does! Once all of my personal items were removed from my trade in vehicle, Larry took even more of his time to help me call OnStar to activate my free 3-month subscription! Larry also reviewed the steps I needed to take in order to activate my free 3-month subscription for SiriusXM satellite radio! I am beyond grateful for the time and effort Larry demonstrated on Wednesday, August 12th. More
