Making things right I spoke to Lance several times on the phone prior to my arrival at the dealership. We had lined up a 2015 Colorado extended cab that was to be transfe I spoke to Lance several times on the phone prior to my arrival at the dealership. We had lined up a 2015 Colorado extended cab that was to be transferred (per both dealership agreements) to Temecula from Orange and had all the Montara details and contract items worked out. Long story short the other dealer did not live up to their agreement and Lance and his team gave me a vehicle they had, which was of higher value, for a massive discount and assured me they would always help in situations where the customer was shorted. I can personally say they did right in my book and will utilize them (especially Lance) for any future purchases. Great Job guys!! More

My experience car shopping for my mom was nothing like this! My original plan was to drop her off, but I liked this dealership so much I decided to stay. As soon as I arrived the associates and salesmen we're so friendly. Then when I met our salesman Tito Hernandez I was blown away. He was friendly, and asked what we wanted from the car. This was the first salesman to take time to actually listen and find us the perfect match. Tito brought up two cars that he thought we would be int erected in. He took the time to test drive both with us and continued to listen to what we liked and what we didn't. It didn't take long for Tito to find the PERFECT match, which showed that he knew a lot about all the cars on the lot. We've had our Tahoe for two weeks now and absolutely love it. Couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you Tito and the rest of the Paradise Chevrolet team for helping us make a great purchase.
