Great experience! I first went into the dealership looking for an Escalade, many months ago. The 2015 model hadn't come out yet, but the salesman, Christian, showed me I first went into the dealership looking for an Escalade, many months ago. The 2015 model hadn't come out yet, but the salesman, Christian, showed me the Tahoe. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the vehicle. I had looked at every SUV with a third row seat from Hyundai to Mercedes. Most sales people has no clue about the car they were selling. We came back to Paradise to look at the Escalade again and Christian went though all the features in the car with us. There was zero pressure. We decided to go ahead and get the vehicle. The sales process was easy and fair. While waiting for all the paperwork, me and Josh compared Clash of Clans bases. I tried to get some gems thrown in but it was a no go. The salesman Patrick Buckley was very helpful, my 9 year old son and I stopped to look at trucks while our 2007 GMC Denali was being serviced. I explained that we were just looking and waiting on our truck, Patrick ask if I had looked at the 2015 trucks, and that GM and the dealership were offering tons of rebates and that this was the last year to receive the current 3 year 36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I wasn't looking to buy and Patrick was pressuring me, but I found this red Silverado that my son and I both fell in love with. It was all down hill from there, I drove it and a couple more to compare the different features and then we talked about trading in my Denali and more about the great rebates being offered. My son as most kids was getting bored, but Patrick and the staff kept him entertained and happy during the entire process. More

This bumped my trade-in value up by a net of $1500. This is the 4th vehicle we've purchased from Paradise and I never cease to be amazed at the lengths they go to meet the customer's needs.
