Unprofessional and Inconsiderate I called in Thursday and spoke with Shaun Tomasada about a used car that they had just advertise. I asked him to give me an honest answer as to when the car would be ready for sell. I even shared with him my experience of visiting 3 prior dealerships in a row and the cars were not ready for sell. I asked for a solid answer that was for sure so that I wouldn't waste any time. He said that it would be ready on Friday by 5pm. I went in Friday and was asked to see Paul Whitten. The car was in the service area and hadn't even been touched since they acquired it. Not washed, not detailed, and for sure they hadn't even done any mechanical reconditioning to sell. To make things worst, Paul was an idiot and rude salesman. He made up some dumb story that he didn't have my phone number to give me status. It was a waste of time with these guys. More
