I forgot the numbers guy but he had red hair(hope that rings a bell). We ended up paying more than we wanted BUT were NOT pressured at all, it was our own choice. Service to my Cadillac This is the only GM Cadillac Certified service center in my area per Cadillac.com to fix and repair my car. I took my car to Paradise Cadillac to hav This is the only GM Cadillac Certified service center in my area per Cadillac.com to fix and repair my car. I took my car to Paradise Cadillac to have an engine service light looked at. They said that they would call me back on the problem with the engine service light. It seems that I did all the calling to get the status on my Cadillac. They told me my car would be completed by a certain date and that I could pick it up. I called on the date they said it would be completed on and was told they would call me back. One day latter after being told they would call me back I called to complain about not getting a call back and for the bad service I was receiving. At this point I was told that they hit my car in the parking lot and where fixing the dent to my finder. They knew about the damage to my car for about 2 to 3 days and did not notify me of the damage to my car. They started working on the dent to my finder during the 2 to 3 days they know about it without any notification to me or authorization from me to work on the damage they caused to my finder. When I was finally shown my car they had pounded out the dent and fixed most of the problem from the initial damage. I noticed other problems like the passenger door had a scrap on the inside where the door and the finder meet. It looked like after the accident someone opened the door and there was no space between the finder and door so it scraped the paint off. My headlight was pushed out and my front fender at the stress point had cracked paint. When I was showing the service center people this they made me feel like I was lying to them, even when I showed them that it was a new scratch with no oxidization. When I ask for picture of the original damage they had none. No one knew what the original damage looked like, but when questioned seem to know more than what they where telling me. I talk to management there and told them that I felt like my best interest weren’t being taking care of and they needed to show more concern about what was going on. You would think after 18 days of working on my car that they would change that feeling that I was being taking advantage of, but no they only made it worse. I told them that I was going to complain to GM Cadillac Corporate about the service and problems I was having with them. They seemed not to care about it. I worked with GM Cadillac and they told me that they are a privately held dealership and they would let the executives at GM know but there was little they could do because Paradise Cadillac had to fix the problem. Now I know why they seemed not to care. Now Paradise Cadillac did all of this with a smile and said; we never do this, man you think we couldn’t mess this up anymore then we did, we always take pictures of damage to customer cars but not this time, we always notify the customers with any problems but I thought we called you, we always get customer approval first but I thought we called you, just be glad that our employee told us they hit your car. Just because you smile at me and talk nice doesn’t mean that you have my best interest in mind and that you are not taking advantage of me. More

Sales representative review. I would like to begin by saying this was not my first visit to Paradise Chevrolet/Cadillac to purchase a new vehicle. My latest visit was on Thursday I would like to begin by saying this was not my first visit to Paradise Chevrolet/Cadillac to purchase a new vehicle. My latest visit was on Thursday evening (05/07/2015). I would like to take this opportunity to personally commend our salesman (Christian RICKS). This was the second time I had the pleasure of having Christian assist me with the selection/purchase of my new XTS. Christian is such a great salesman. He has the perfect attitude, personality and pleasantness to do business with. In my opinion Paradise Chevrolet/Cadillac is very fortunate to have him working for them. Christian is very sociable and is very easy to speak with. Christian is not a "pushy" salesperson. He doesn't try to force a customer into buying something they either don't want or need. I can't say enough good things about Christian RICKS. He is the best of the best. I will definitely recommend Christian RICKS to my friends/family and tell them to visit Paradise Chevrolet/Caddillac for the best deal. I would also like to take this opportunity to also mention and commend David CHAPMAN. David has taken care of all three of the Cadillacs I have purchased at Paradise Chevrolet/Caddillac. David does a great job and always takes a personal interest in any/all the cars I own and bring in for service. Paradise Chevrolet/Cadillac has in my opinion the best staff of any dealership I've ever done business with. I always receive a warm welcome and always.greeted with a pleasant smile from the receptionist when I walk in the door. The enterior of the dealership is always very clean and neat looking. The place just shines. A definite pleasure doing business there. More
