When we got there he was friendly and did his very best to make me feel comfortable. I test drove the car and fell in love. Buying a car has never ever been a good experience for me, however Paul and the rest of the crew did everything they possibly could to make of difficult situation very easy on me. We let him know what we were looking for and without feeling rushed or pressured, he showed us the cars. When I decided on what I actually wanted, he had to locate the vehicle at another dealership for me, but by the next day I had my brand new, beautiful, RED Tahoe. I was so pleased at how quick the whole process was and how willing he was to find me what I wanted and not try to sell me another color. I bought a new 2014 Silverado in Nov. 2013 from Denny and I haven't have any regrets. I don't remember the type of service provided by any sales advocate I had to deal with. He got my wife's red Tahoe and came in on his day off to handle my wife's delivery. He was patient as we weighed different vehicles. If you're for to buy a GM product, ask for Denny. As for Paradise, when I purchase some truck add-ons that required to left my truck and the equipment was the wrong color, instead of saying "Oh well," they gave me the equipment and installed it for free when the right color came in. I had some body work done with Claudine and and it looks great. I'm about as happy I could be when it comes to my Paradise experience so far. More
