He was "genuinely" respectful, courteous, and actually listened to what I was saying to him. Upside Down? Not a Problem! We owned a 2013 Nissan Altima that we were trying to trade for a Chevy Equinox. However, we had been to 4 dealerships and not one was able to get it d We owned a 2013 Nissan Altima that we were trying to trade for a Chevy Equinox. However, we had been to 4 dealerships and not one was able to get it done with us with our terms. We decided to try Paradise as our last shot as we knew we had to drive 1.5 hours to get there. We discussed the situation over the phone with Chris Perez and he was able to do the research before we drove there for the deal. Once we got there, everyone treated us great. No one pushed us on anything and they only asked questions in regards to what we wanted. From the time we arrived to the time we signed all the paperwork, everything was to our benefit. Not only did we not have to sacrifice our vehicle option we wanted with out raising our monthly payment, but we were able to get a new 2015 version that we did not expect. Chris Perez was the 1st and only person that suggested different programs that could help and we thank him for that. My wife is very happy that I was able to get her the Chevy Equinox now that our little family is growing. We made sure to thank everyone we met, and I am sure you guys will too! More
